Message from the Principal
Muhammad Arif Shah, MSN, MSc Microbiology, leads CIMS College of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences as Principal. He brings over 14 years of combined clinical and academic experience spanning critical care nursing, infection prevention and control, microbiology, and nursing education — most recently as Nursing Lecturer at the Government College of Nursing, Khyber Teaching Hospital MTI, Peshawar, and previously at the Post Graduate College of Nursing, Hayatabad.
A Health Security Futures Fellow (Health Security Partners, Washington DC) and published nursing researcher, he leads CIMS with a focus on clinical excellence, evidence-based curriculum design, and rigorous student mentorship — from skill-lab practice through hospital-based clinical training.
